COVID 19 - DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: SITE VISITS UPDATE

Stroud District Council Planners have now resumed site visits where social distancing can be complied with.

Following an independent Examination and Referendum, Stroud District Council brought the Stonehouse Neighbourhood Plan into legal force under Section 38A(4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended) ("the 2004 Act") on 12nd February 2018.

The Stonehouse Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the statutory Development Plan for the District of Stroud.
