Garden Waste Scheme - Direct Debit

Thank you for subscribing to our Garden Waste Scheme - the collection season runs from the beginning of February until the end of November each year.

Why pay by Direct Debit?

  • It will give you peace of mind that your subscription will be paid for year on year without having to contact us, saving you time
  • We will notify you in October each year of the renewal charge and the date of the direct debit collection will be 15 November each year. Subscriptions for 2019 will be £45.00 per licence

How to apply to pay by Direct Debit

When filling up the DD form please make sure you also insert your name, address and email in the text box immediately below the Originator's Identification number on the top right hand side of the form Thanks.

 

Print the DD form, sign and return to us at:

You may also return a signed and scanned mandate by email to recycling@stroud.gov.uk or by post.Please note that sending the completed mandate by standard email is not secure.

Please return this to us before 1 October 2018 to allow us enough time to set it up.

Alternatively if you do not have access to a printer, you can visit the council offices in person to complete a mandate.

We are unable to set up direct debits over the phone at this time.

Once your Direct Debit is set up you will receive a confirmation letter 10 working days before the collection date.

If you do not choose to set up a Direct Debit you will still receive a reminder in October/November this year to pay and renew online or by phone if you do not have online access.
