We provide a green wheelie-bin and box for your recycling which will be collected every two weeks on the opposite week to your non-recyclable waste.

  • Plastic pots including yoghurt pots, margarine or butter tubs, ice cream tubs 
 
  • Please present your bin and box at the kerbside for collection by 6am

What happens to recycling after collection?

Recycling is sorted and separated into different types of materials by hand or machine (or both) before being sent to manufacturers who make it into new products.

Once collected and sorted, recycled materials become valuable commodities in the worldwide market.
