Adoption of Stroud District Council's Policy for Pavement Licences which includes procedures, fee and local conditions

Reason(s)for decision:
The Business and Planning Act 2020 introduces measures under the Government's Covid 19 Recovery Plan. A policy with procedure, fee and conditions needed to be adopted quickly so that local businesses can benefit from the Government's provisions.
