|Description||A booking, payment and online system for the management of services at The Pulse and health and well being.|
The system keeps all customer details secure, provides a direct debit service, an online payment, and class/session/course booking function.
The system provides and essential management tool for the learn to swim programme, through payment, attainment records and a portal for parents to view progress and pay for lessons.
The system tracks usage, enables direct communication with customers through emails, and notification.
In 2020 the pulse app was added to this contract which provides a greater functionality and improves customer interaction. The App also provides an on demand and streaming service which is key to keeping up to date in this industry.
