Please provide your name and address, the Parish/Town Council and the relevant ward where applicable (please see all of the electoral areas up for election at the top of this page if you are unsure).
County and District Nomination Papers are now available. To request a nomination paper to be sent please complete the form here. We will be implementing a booking system where you can arrange an appointment for an informal check of the nomination paper and to book a separate appointment to submit your nomination paper to Ebley Mill. You are strongly advised to arrange your informal check and delivery of your nomination as early as possible. This is to give you sufficient time to submit a new nomination paper should your first contain any errors.
