Please note, if an election is called, the poll will take place on Thursday 6 May 2021 as  result of the Local Government and Police and Crime Commissioner (Coronavirus) (Postponement of Elections and Referendums) (England and Wales) Regulations 2021 and Coronavirus Act 2020. Additionally if no request for an election is received, the seat will remain vacant until the next set of ordinary elections in May 2021.

Current elections

In response to the Covid-19 emergency, the UK Government has passed the Local Government and Police and Crime Commissioner (Coronavirus) (Postponement of Elections and Referendums) Regulations 2020 and the Coronavirus Act 2020, which postpones all polls until May 2021. The date for any elections requested as a result of casual vacancy will not be fixed by the Returning Officer until the public health situation has become clearer, therefore the below seats will remain vacant and can only be filled by election in 2021.
