Support if you are struggling to afford food

If you are struggling to afford food because your income has been affected or your circumstances have changed, the Stroud District Foodbank can offer support from hubs around the district.

If you need help from our foodbank, please read on....

Foodbank is here if you can’t afford basic supplies such as food. During the Covid-19 crisis there may be other reasons you can’t get to a shop for food.

If you can’t afford food.

The most important step is to get a foodbank voucher.

Foodbank work with local agencies which can discuss your circumstances with you and issue a foodbank voucher if you need one. The agency can also provide longer term support if needed to help address some of the issues behind the reasons for your crisis.

Agencies we work with include: Citizens Advice, P3, Stroud District Council Housing, Independence Trust, CGL, children’s centres, health visitors and social services. We also work with schools and doctor’s surgeries.
