£38,961 p.a.
 
37 hours per week
 
The Council has recently embarked upon a transformational change programme to deliver its aspiration to become a high performing authority that places customers’ needs at the heart of its service.  We are committed to working with our colleagues and customers to deliver a service that is effective and innovative.
 
We are looking for someone who has the skills and experience to investigate, manage and help deliver on the following new areas;
 
  • The delivery of new build council and private housing,
  • the regeneration of parts of our stock,
  • managing properties on behalf of other landlords,
  • forming a lettings agency,
  • Renewable energy and other areas that may be appropriate.
  •  
    You should hold a degree or an appropriate professional qualification or equivalent and have significant experience in the delivery of a Council new build and regeneration programme. You will need to be an excellent communicator, have the ability to show initiative, analyse problems and provide ground-breaking solutions.
