PRINCIPAL ESTATES SURVEYOR
 
ASSET MANAGEMENT
 
£33,661 per annum
 
37 hours per week
(Job shares will be considered)
 
We are looking for a motivated Chartered Surveyor with a broad range of asset management experience to assist in the delivery of the Council’s property service and key projects in a customer focused, innovative and proactive manner.
 
Working in a small but high profile team, you will be responsible for your own varied caseload and have the ability to undertake both strategic and day to day management of our property portfolio and deliver key development projects.
 
Well organised, enthusiastic and a confident communicator you must be a fully qualified member of the RICS with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.
