GRADUATE SURVEYOR
 
ASSET MANAGEMENT
 
£23,708 per annum
 
37 hours per week
(Job shares will be considered)
 
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Surveyor, who is currently undertaking their APC, to support the Asset Management Team in the delivery of an excellent property management service.
 
Working in a small but high profile team you will be responsible for your own varied caseload and have the ability to assist with both the strategic and day to day management of our property portfolio.
 
Well organised, enthusiastic and a confident communicator you must have an RICS accredited degree.
