Following recent bad weather and icy conditions Stroud District Council is almost up to date with its waste collections. Unfortunately, one week on, some households which suffered from the heavy snow last Friday, are still inaccessible to refuse lorries.
Anyone due a collection this Friday (25 January) should leave their waste and recycling out for collection over the next few days as we will be attempting to collect on Saturday and then on Monday when we expect conditions to be clear.
On Tuesday we will then revert back to normal service. We apologise for the inconvenience and are grateful to our residents for their patience.
