Policy Research

The overriding aim of Policy and Review is to offer guidance and support to officers and members on corporate policy issues mainly, performance management, best value, equalities & diversity, the Community Strategy, and scrutiny. The Policy team also coordinates, on a project basis, the development implementation of a range of initiatives which will ensure that Stroud District Council is turning its corporate objectives and priorities into action. The key tasks are:
