Stroud Urban Capacity Study

The Urban Capacity Study was undertaken in Spring 2001 to identify further development opportunities on brownfield sites in those settlements where the Council had already proposed to accommodate housing in the Revised Local Plan. It was undertaken in co-operation with representatives of the construction industry.
