Welcome to Stroud District Council's Planning On-Line system. From this page you can:

• View planning applications including recent decisions notices and drawings. For applications that go to the Development Control Committee you can also view the officer's report.
• View Old Decision Notices including a map search and Adobe Acrobat listing of all planning decision between 1947 and 2005.
• Comment on a planning application
• View Committee Agendas and Reports. The agenda for the next Development Control Committee Meeting can be viewed, along with all agendas and reports for previous meetings.

Drawings and decision notices are available for all applications deposited on or after the 1st October 2005. Details of applications from January 2004 are also viewable.

Plans, drawings and material submitted to the council are protected by the copyright acts (section 47, 1988 act). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
