Use any one of the following search options to find a specific Planning Application. All search fields are designed to carry out wildcard searches so only partial information need be entered. For example, if searching for planning application reference S.05/2514/FUL, you could type the full reference into the cell, or just 2514. The results page will display all matching results.
All planning applications submitted since 1st January 2004 are available. To view planning applications submitted before this date, please contact the Planning Department.

The Development Control Committee. Meets monthly - second Tuesday of each month and deals with planning applications, tree preservations orders, footpath diversion etc. Members of the public can attend these meetings.
Plans, drawings and material submitted to the council are protected by the copyright acts (section 47, 1988 act). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
