From the 6th April 2008 only 1-APP forms can be accepted for planning and listed building related applications; these are listed below. Applicants will note that some forms have been combined for ease of completion, for example Householder and Listed Building Consent have been merged so applicants need only complete one form when applying for both consents.
Applicants must note however that with combined applications there will be TWO separate consents and you must not star work until BOTH permissions are obtained. This is also true for projects where permission is sought separately.
Applicants are further reminded that where Building Regulation permission is also required, they should not start work without submitting a Building Notice, or obtaining full plans permission.

Please note that the Planning Application forms on this website are branded to Stroud District Council by the Planning Portal. These forms cannot be edited by SDC or any other user. If you wish to make an electronic application, please log into the Planning Portal. Your application will be downloaded to Stroud Planning back office on our next working day.
Whilst the 1-APP system requires a minimum of 3 copies, Stroud Planning may need more for consultation. You are encouraged to read the advice booklet above for further details. Stroud District is working with its consultees to limit copying costs to the applicant, and will reduce its requirements as partners switch to electronic consultation.
Please also note that each application MUST be accompanied by a completed check sheet. Failure to do so WILL result in delays, and possible return of the application. We can not process the application until all information has been received.
