On-line Payments

We're making it easier for you to do business with the Council. You can now pay money you owe us on-line, using a debit or credit card. You can also check your Council Tax balance and recent payments. You will need your reference number, found on the front of the bill on the right hand side.

Currently we accept payment for council tax, non-domestic rates, rent and mortgages. We also accept payment for sundry debts - in other words you can pay any invoice you have received from us.

Security information.
Your transaction will take place within a secure payment system. This uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, a standard supported by major internet browsers. All of your personal and card details are protected using 128 bit encryption, when transmitted over the Internet. In order for a transaction to take place securely your browser must support 128 bit encryption.
