Young people with disabilities from Stroud Schools will participate in Stroud Annual Sports ability Festival at Stratford Park Leisure Centre. The festival provides the opportunity for the young people to compete at a grassroots level as a member of a team. Each young person will be placed in a team which they will compete in during the festival.

The festival is a partnership project between Stroud District Council and Gloucestershire College. Students from Gloucestershire College organise, co-ordinate and deliver the festival as part of their course in Sport and Public Service guides by the Sports Development Officer. It provides the opportunity for the participants to take part in a variety of inclusive activities including: - Boccia, New Age Kurling, Bowling, Football and Parachute Games.
