If you live in Stroud District and have a disability you may be eligible for a bus pass or travel tokens (you can choose which). A bus pass will entitle you to free travel on registered bus services: travel tokens also give free bus travel, but there is a limit to the number of tokens that can be issued to an individual per year. Blue badges give registered blind people and those who are unable or virtually unable to walk the ability to park close to the facilities and services they need to use. See our parking section for details
Provides a Transport & Escort service which enables vulnerable people who find it difficult to use private or public transport, unaided, to make essential journeys that will maintain and improve their quality of life. See the GUiDE website for more details.
This national charity helps disabled people and their families to become more mobile and provides vehicles and powered wheelchairs to disabled people. www.motability.co.uk
