Local Plan Inspectors Report

The Stroud District Local Plan sets out policies and proposals for development and land use in the District to June 2011.

The Inspector's report into the Local Plan Inquiry that ran from 15 January 2002 until 3 June 2003 was received on 25 November 2004

There is no process for making further representations at this stage. The Council will consider whether or not it accepts the Inspector's recommendations, in all or in part. Any modifications will be advertised and 6 weeks allowed for public comment. This is currently anticipated to take place after the Inspector's Report is considered by the Council in Spring 2005.
