Stroud District Council operate a policy that does not permit the use of personal cameras, video recorders or mobile phones with photo imaging within any of Stroud District Council's sports centres or swimming pools, unless by prior authorisation from the Councils Leisure Manager and providing Stroud District Council sign a declaration form with their name and details. Private party bookings may use their own equipment in a room that is not being used by the general public.
All press photographers are required to report to reception prior to any photography-taking place.
The centres will from time to time commission photographs and video recordings to be made of activities taking place within the facilities. They will be used for promotional purposes and advertising. If you do not wish your own or your children's photograph/video to be used please inform either the playscheme leader or the photographer prior to the event.
If any member of the public has concerns regarding inappropriate or intrusive photography particularly where children may be involved they should report this to a member of staff at the earliest opportunity.
