A low impact total body workout using different equipment placed around the whole of the pool. You do not have to be able to swim to take part in this activity

Shokk Wave Gym with Siblings

• Thursdays 5.15pm - 6.15pm
  £3 per session
  8 - 16 year olds

The gym comprises of spin bikes, vodoo boards, cross trainers, treadmill, multigym and free weights.

Although the gym will be supervised, an induction is required before you can use the equipment. These can be booked by calling Dursley Pool on 01453 546441

X-Biking - Five Valleys Leisure at Forest Green Rovers

Come along and enjoy the ride of your life, in an exhilarating indoor cycling class that is a guaranteed calorie burner.

Family X-Biking

  £3 per person or £6 per session for a family of 2 or more
  Aged 8yrs upwards (must be over 4ft tall due to height restrictions on the bikes)

X-Biking

  £3 per session or £10 when you book all four sessions
  Over 16's (must be over 4ft tall due to height restrictions on the bikes)

Creative Dance

All sessions are safe, fun and inclusive for children, young people and adults with physical, sensory and learning disabilities.

Dress Code: Please ensure suitable loose, comfortable clothing are worn.
