Housing Revenue Account Business Plan

The Housing Revenue Account Business Plan contains details of the Council's performance in managing and maintaining its own stock. The plan also looks at the Council's financial ability to continue to be a landlord.

The Business Plan was submitted to the Government Office for the South West in July 2005. It will be assessed to determine whether it meets the Government's "Fit For Purpose" criteria. The Business Plan and its appendices can be downloaded below:

Business Plan and Housing Strategy 2005 - 09 statistical returns

Housing Strategy 2005 - 09
