Tenant Services new improvement plan

Following on from the original improvement plan for Tenant Services which focussed primarily on addressing internal issues, we have now developed a new plan for the rest of this financial year which is more about service improvements for tenants and leaseholders. The new plan has been reviewed and accepted by the Tenant Services Authority and the actions are now being implemented. The plan will be regularly updated on this page so that everyone can see the progress being made. Please click on the link below to view the current version of the plan.
