Properties For Rent
Properties for rent are offered to those on the Housing Register who have chosen to consider these parishes and have the highest housing need for this size of property. If you are already on the Housing Register and would like to be considered for any of these new properties, you need to make sure that you have chosen the parish/es where the properties are being built.
If you are an existing SDC tenant, please contact your Estates Officer to join the Housing Register or change an existing application.
Otherwise, please see Applying for Council Housing or contact the Housing Advice Team on 01453 754078.
