Help - the page takes ages to load!

We've tried to make our pages as lightweight as possible. However it is the nature of the internet that sometimes it takes a while for a page to load and display.

This could be because the file sizes are large - for example, big pictures, big audio files. It could also be because your connection to the Internet is slow, or because there are a lot of people looking at our site, which means that our computer is working hard - so be patient!! Or try again later, when the Internet is quieter - and there are fewer users surfing.

If all of your web browsing is slow all of the time you may have picked up a virus. Don't panic though - consult your computer manufacturer to find out what to do - it is normally easy to remove them and clean your system. Make sure that you install some virus protection software afterwards and keep it updated.
