Health and Wellbeing Partnership

The Stroud Health and Wellbeing Partnership is a multi agency group that regularly meets to discuss health and social care issues. It comprises, Gloucestershire Primary Care Trust, Adult Care, Gloucestershire Rural Community Council, Leisure services, Environmental Health, Youth Service and Gloucestershire Older Persons Assembly.

From 2009 the Partnership is working towards delivery of a 10 year Health and Community Wellbeing Strategy on a wide range of issues comprising Active and Healthy Ageing, Reducing Obesity, Reducing Alcohol Harm, Reducing Smoking, Improving Sexual Health, Better Access to Services, Healthier Workplaces, Improved emotional health and wellbeing, Transforming Social Care and Accessible and Healthy and Safe Housing.
