What information is available regarding vacant premises/available properties in the district?

Information on vacant premises within the six towns of Berkeley, Dursley, Nailsworth, Stonehouse, Stroud and Wotton under Edge is monitored annually. The most recent survey was undertaken in October/ November 2004 and results can be accessed via the following link:



Market Towns Study



The surveys provide an indication of the current number of Retail, Business, Residential and 'other' vacancies in each town as well as comparing these figures to those recorded in previous years.



However more detailed and up to date information on available vacant sites and premises, including size, freehold and leasehold costs and property owners/agents can be found on the Gloucestershire First web site (under Land and Premises). This database is update regularly and includes properties being marketed by a number of agents.
