Glow-worm Walk

Learn about the fascinating lives of glow-worms and fireflies at this illustrated talk and walk organised by Stroud Valleys Project. Local wildlife expert Denise Gibbons will give an illustrated talk at The Exchange followed by a walk at nightfall in Bisley Road Cemetery Local Nature Reserve where we should see the bright lights of female glow-worms in their natural habitat. The walk is along tarmac paths in the dark, so please bring a small torch and warm clothes. This walk is not suitable for small children. Booking is recommended as places will be limited.
