Making Mandalas through Meditation and Art
The mandala is an archetypal tool which helps us discover hidden aspects of ourselves, revealing and clearing obstacles to our soul’s journey and affirming how we serve ourselves and the world. In this workshop we will be making mandalas to bring awareness, focus and vision to our lives and to bring a sense of acceptance and peace to who we are. We will discover how to integrate this creative practise in our lives when times seem difficult. The weekend includes guided visualisations and meditations, singing, sound, story and poetry. We will use a variety of approaches, including drawing in colour and collage.
