Stroud District Council has joined up with the 5 other District Councils in the County to give people in Gloucestershire easy access to information about food hygiene standards in local catering businesses.
When our food safety officers inspect premises they score food hygiene standards against 3 criteria: -
The scores are used to create an easily recognised star rating system

You can view the information on the scores on the doors web-site. Caterers have also been given window stickers showing their individual star rating but they are not obliged to display them.
