How to have your say in council meetings
As a member of the public, you cannot interrupt meetings when you choose to have your say. However, there is a slot set aside in most meetings - particularly in Council and Cabinet meetings - to answer questions from the public. Please note that Development Control Committee meetings are not open to public questions.
To take part, you need to submit your question in advance and in writing. The deadline for submitting questions can be found on the meeting agenda. Your question and the Councillor's response will be circulated at the meeting. Access agendas and decisions.
You can send your questions now using our on-line form.
Or Alternatively write to, email, or fax to Democratic Services (Fax: 01453 754980 Email: )
