The Council's offices are located in a refurbished listed Grade II former woollen mill at Ebley, two miles west of Stroud centre. The Mill has been fully adapted for the disabled and is fully compliant with the Disability Act. Adaptations made are as follows:

Radar Keys
Radar keys are available to members of the public with a disability. Keys can be obtained from Stroud Council offices or the Tourist Information Centre in the Subscription Rooms. Alternatively a key can be sent to your address upon receipt of payment. A Radar key costs £2.50 and proof of disability is required.
