27 February 2009
A one day conference on hate crime organised by Gloucestershire County Hate Crime and Incident Group, chaired by Phil Sullivan, took place at Five Valleys Conference Centre, Forest Green, Nailsworth.
Over 160 practitioners attended and a very successful outcome was achieved. The purpose of the day was to raise awareness in respect of hate crime and incidents for county practitioners across a multi-agency spectrum to network and to raise public services', and therefore public, awareness of the County Hate Crime and Incident helpline number for reporting, and of the existence of the County group, and the three local groups covering Cotswold & Stroud, Cheltenham & Tewkesbury, Forest & Gloucester areas.
See attached documents and presentations from the day.
