Search for grants and funding

In order to save time and money, Stroud District Council has subscribed to a funding database which will be accessible for Stroud residents to use to search funding opportunities.

The database
GrantNet is a direct route into Grantfinder which is a comprehensive database of UK and EU funding initiatives, ranging from grants and loans to advisory schemes.

It contains around 2,000 individual reports updated on a monthly basis, providing information on around 4,000 programmes covering eligibility, application procedures and deadlines.

The main feature of the database is the project search function.By entering details the user is able to identify funding programmes which create the best match to the project.

How to use the system
The system is user friendly and allows you to enter your information on a step-by-step basis. The detail of what you have entered is displayed for your easy reference and so you can make changes as required.Once you have completed the inputting process and requested a search, the information will be displayed at a summary level.Your search will be registered through the Stroud District Direct website and a full report will be sent to you within 7 working days.

You can access the GrantNet database via this link or by clicking the image below.
