Performance Management is essential to all organisations. Stroud District Council has developed a Performance Management Framework (PMF). This ensures that we are doing what we said we would do, and we are seeking to continually improve.
The PMF links up our Community Strategy priorities, Council Vision, Corporate Aims and Key Priorities, service plans and our staffs' aims and objectives, so we all know what we're aiming for and how we fit into the bigger picture.
The framework provides a "golden thread" throughout the Council against which progress towards our common objectives and priorities and delivery of outcomes can be measured.
